Electronic Trading Support Engineer

About the role

Manage and support HRT’s live trading environment by handling order flow, responding to market alerts and outages, coordinating with exchanges, and resolving production issues. Design and automate trading workflows, support new initiatives and platform changes, and make timely decisions that balance compliance, risk, and PnL. Candidates should have strong Linux knowledge, working experience with Python, a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline, and experience in APAC markets. The role requires at least two years of professional trading experience in quantitative trading, HFT, options market making, or a related field, along with asset-class knowledge and the ability to work independently under pressure.
