About the role
You will architect and build the core trading engine, including matching engines, market-data pipelines, and risk controls. You will also collaborate with traders and cross-functional teams to optimize system performance and ensure high-reliability execution. Candidates must have 4+ years of backend engineering experience with proficiency in Go, Rust, or C++. A strong understanding of distributed systems, CAP tradeoffs, and concurrent programming is required.
