About the role
Manage and grow CNY and USD interest rate swap trading, including executing strategies, managing risk, making markets, and supporting institutional and corporate clients. Develop tailored hedging solutions, monitor market and regulatory developments, collaborate across business functions, and identify opportunities for new products and growth while maintaining compliance. A bachelor's degree or higher in finance, economics, mathematics, engineering, or a related field is required, along with at least five years of hands-on CNY and USD interest rate swap trading experience. Candidates should bring strong quantitative and market-risk capabilities, a record of disciplined revenue generation, commercial awareness, and effective communication and collaboration skills.
