About the role
Develop and execute ETF market-making, arbitrage, and systematic trading strategies, using pricing models and managing basket risk and tracking error. Help establish and grow the Amsterdam trading desk while collaborating across offices and engaging with regulators, issuers, exchanges, and brokers. Candidates need at least two years of relevant trading experience at a high-frequency trading or market-making firm, including ETF trading, and strong knowledge of ETF mechanics and arbitrage. Requirements also include Python proficiency, advanced probability and statistics skills, strong analytical abilities, a relevant quantitative academic background, and an interest in building a new office.
