About the role
Develop trading strategies for gas futures markets in Poland and international exchanges, monitor market conditions, and respond to changes and trading opportunities. Participate in transmission capacity auctions, execute spot-market transactions, report contract positions to transmission operators, and coordinate with Analysis and Back Office teams. Candidates should have 3–5 years of proprietary trading experience in Poland and on the TTF, knowledge of gas markets and transmission operator processes, and an understanding of gas price drivers in Poland and Europe. Strong analytical and market and liquidity risk management skills are required, along with the ability to work under pressure, use Python, SQL, and Excel independently, and collaborate effectively.
