About the role
Execute automated, secondary, and primary ETF trades; price and market FICC ETFs; and provide liquidity and solutions to institutional clients in partnership with sales and cross-asset trading teams. Analyze P&L, pricing, and risk models, monitor market developments, and improve trading tools, automation, resiliency, and controls. Candidates need strong analytical and quantitative skills, knowledge of statistics and machine learning, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a degree in a quantitative field. The experience requirement is 3+ years in a similar role, or a master’s degree plus 1+ years of experience; fixed income trading experience is strongly preferred.
