About the role
Execute investment and market-making activities in the onshore credit bond market, developing and implementing trading and pricing strategies for RMB-denominated credit products. Provide institutional clients with credit bond pricing and execution services. A master's degree or higher in a relevant discipline is required, along with strong quantitative, statistical, probabilistic reasoning, and data analysis skills. Candidates should have a passion for trading, strong market intuition, the ability to identify trends and draw conclusions from data, independent thinking, creativity, research capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to perform under pressure.
