Trader Acquisition Specialist / Social Sales Executive (Proprietary Trading)

About the role

Identify and contact prospective traders and trading communities through social platforms, explain the funded trader program, and convert prospects into paid evaluation clients. Build referral relationships with influencers and community leaders, manage follow-ups and sales pipelines, and meet or exceed sales targets. Candidates should have experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or social selling, along with strong written English and persuasive communication skills. Familiarity with social platforms and financial markets—especially day trading and proprietary trading—is preferred; candidates should also be organized, autonomous, and motivated by commission.
