About the role
You will develop and maintain event models to generate probability distributions for sports outcomes and manage two-sided market-making quotes. Additionally, you will handle real-time repricing based on news and market events while managing risk and position sizing. Candidates must demonstrate a proven track record of forecasting real-world events for profit and possess strong applied statistics and Bayesian inference skills. You must be able to think in probabilities, identify look-ahead bias, and effectively compete against market participants.
