About the role
Build and optimize C++ infrastructure for DeFi trading, including automated trading, AMM liquidity provision, position management, and rebalancing. Develop reliability, reconciliation, transaction-cost, and risk analytics; analyze on-chain transactions and contract behavior; and evaluate new protocols with traders, researchers, and engineers. Requires at least three years of institutional C++ programming experience, production institutional DeFi engineering experience, and strong knowledge of AMMs and their pricing, liquidity, fees, and execution costs. Candidates must have hands-on Solidity experience and understand smart contracts, EVM execution, transaction ordering, MEV risks, and how to productionize systematic trading models with traders and researchers.
