About the role
Identify and execute arbitrage and DeltaOne trading strategies, manage intraday exposures and trading risks, and provide liquidity as an authorized participant and market maker for domestic ETFs. Lead setup and deployment of the Horizon DeltaOne system, support automation, and prepare performance, risk, and regulatory reports. A university degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 3–4 years of experience in proprietary trading, ETF trading, derivatives, market making, or DeltaOne trading are required. Candidates should know stock markets and structured products, communicate and read English well, be proficient in Python, VBA, and office tools, and be willing to learn, work under pressure, and collaborate as a team.
