About the role
Develop and execute RFQ-based trading strategies for tokenized spot equities while managing capital and pricing risk. You will also be responsible for integrating with brokerage venues, monitoring P&L, and improving trading tooling and execution quality. Requires 4+ years of professional trading experience at a market maker, OTC desk, or brokerage, specifically in spot equities. Candidates must possess strong analytical and software engineering skills, with proficiency in Rust and a rigorous approach to risk management.
