About the role
Design, build, and deploy production AI features, including selecting and integrating models, evaluating their performance, and creating guardrails and monitoring. Own the full lifecycle of AI tools, collaborating with researchers, portfolio managers, and engineers to turn business needs into reliable production workflows. Requires at least three years of experience shipping production software, including hands-on development of applied AI or machine-learning features, along with strong Python and engineering fundamentals. Candidates should have practical experience with LLM APIs, fine-tuning, or retrieval-augmented systems and be comfortable taking projects from ambiguous requirements through production.
