About the role
Execute derivatives trades and manage portfolios, market-making activity, liquidity, and risk across exchange and OTC platforms. Analyze markets, develop trading and hedging strategies, manage counterparties, and ensure compliance with trading mandates and reporting requirements. Requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years of experience in derivatives trading or capital markets, with a proven record managing significant portfolios and generating sustainable returns. A master’s degree or MBA is advantageous; CFA, FRM, PRM, relevant certifications, multi-product experience, market-making expertise, and exposure to electronic quoting systems are also sought.
