About the role
Identify and develop options and volatility trading opportunities across listed index products, while managing risk and performance across a sizable options portfolio. Improve trading systems and execution in collaboration with engineering, research, and trading teams, and mentor less experienced colleagues as the desk grows. Requires at least three years of hands-on experience in high-volume index options market making, with strong knowledge of volatility, portfolio risk, Greeks, and tail exposures. Candidates should have experience with automated distributed trading systems, exchange microstructure and connectivity, Python and/or C++, and the ability to perform rigorously in a fast-paced environment.
