Equity Trader

About the role

Execute equity trades, monitor market conditions, manage portfolio risk and performance, and develop and back-test trading strategies. Maintain compliant and accurate trading records, track market developments, and prepare performance reports and portfolio reviews. Requires at least two years of professional experience in proprietary trading, a bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field, and mandatory Authorized Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange certification. Candidates should have strong analytical, quantitative, communication, decision-making, and risk-management abilities, along with knowledge of financial markets and trading platforms.
