Trader / Portfolio Manager — Hyperliquid / DEX Perps

About the role

Research, backtest, and independently deploy systematic or discretionary crypto perpetuals strategies, primarily on Hyperliquid or similar decentralized venues. Manage proprietary capital with disciplined risk controls, demonstrate robust live performance, and explain the source of the strategy’s edge. Candidates need at least 6–12 months of live trading experience with real capital and a demonstrated edge, plus a strong understanding of perpetuals, funding, leverage, liquidation mechanics, and execution. They should be able to manage drawdowns and provide live performance evidence, including returns, maximum drawdown, trade count, and relevant risk metrics.
