Senior Index Options Trader

About the role

Manage a portfolio of listed options, identify and monetize trading opportunities, and collaborate with traders, quantitative researchers, and developers to improve strategies, systems, latency, and execution. Mentor junior traders and researchers while helping grow the options business. Candidates need at least three years of experience on a high-volume share index options market-making desk, expertise in volatility dislocations, and a strong understanding of large index options portfolio risk. They should have experience improving distributed automated trading systems, knowledge of exchange protocols, and preferably programming experience in Python or C++.
