About the role
Run an autonomous trading book across ETFs and related products, taking directional and relative-value positions and identifying market dislocations. Manage risk in real time through position sizing, hedging, and exposure adjustments while developing and scaling independent strategies. Requires at least four years of profitable dollar-denominated P&L from a personally traded book and experience managing risk independently. Candidates should understand ETF mechanics and have experience in equity, fixed-income, international ETF, index-arbitrage, or cross-asset trading, along with comfort using data and execution tools.
