About the role
Run, analyze, and improve automated liquidity and market-making strategies, managing risk and tuning strategy parameters as market conditions change. Work with trading, sales, and clients to develop business, source deals, and strengthen the desk through infrastructure and other initiatives. Requires 2–5 years of experience in market making, quantitative or electronic trading, or an institutional trading desk; crypto experience is preferred. Candidates should understand financial markets, DeFi, algorithmic trading, and crypto TGE and listing structures, and have proficiency in Python, Rust, AI tooling, and/or SQL.
