Power Proprietary Trader

About the role

Trade European power products across Day-Ahead to Month-Ahead tenors, taking proprietary directional and spread positions based on market views, fundamentals, and order flow. Manage positions and risk within limits, monitor market developments and price signals, and contribute market insights to the team’s trading strategy. Candidates need at least two years of hands-on screen-trading experience in European power markets, a proven record of proprietary trading and risk management, and a strong understanding of short-term power fundamentals. They must execute quickly and with discipline, make decisions under time pressure, maintain strong P&L and risk awareness, and have advanced English skills; experience in Central, Eastern, or South-Eastern European markets is an advantage.
