Interest Rate Trader - Foreign Wholesale Bank

About the role

Manage interest rate trading portfolios and execute client-driven and proprietary strategies across rates products, providing pricing, market-making, and trade execution while meeting revenue targets. Identify market opportunities and manage risk through analysis and hedging, partner with internal teams on client solutions, and ensure compliance with limits and regulations. Candidates should have 8–15 years of banking Treasury experience managing a rates portfolio, with in-depth knowledge of fixed income, derivatives, and market risk management. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, knowledge of MAS regulations, and the ability to mentor junior colleagues and perform under pressure are required.
