About the role
The Director will lead the buildout of a new North American crude oil trading desk while managing a proprietary trading book across futures, options, and cleared swaps. They are responsible for hiring and developing junior staff while overseeing risk management for the entire US team. Candidates must possess 15+ years of financial trading experience with a deep understanding of macro crude oil supply and demand dynamics. A background in a commodity trading house, bank, hedge fund, or physical oil and gas firm is required.
