About the role
Operate, monitor, and improve systematic trading strategies across prediction markets, equities, and crypto, including spot and derivatives. Research and backtest opportunities, analyze execution and strategy performance, optimize risk and trading parameters, and collaborate with quantitative developers and researchers to improve trading systems. Requires at least four years of experience in systematic, quantitative, electronic, proprietary, or market-making trading, with a record of developing, operating, or improving profitable strategies. Candidates should have strong Python and quantitative analysis skills, knowledge of market microstructure, execution, and risk, and a master's or PhD in a quantitative discipline or equivalent experience.
