About the role
Develop and execute daily and intraday electricity and natural gas trading strategies to optimize profitability, and manage assigned proprietary power trading books across Italy, Germany, and France. Develop innovative trading strategies focused on Italy, as well as fundamental models and algorithmic trading approaches. Candidates should have at least 3–4 years of experience on a utility trading desk, strong analytical abilities, and the capacity to manage complexity, work under pressure, and collaborate effectively. Excellent written and spoken English, strong communication skills, and proficiency with common computer applications are required; knowledge of gas and oil markets in addition to power markets is preferred.
