About the role
Join the six-person core team supporting a large DeFi trading operation and ship software to production. Work as an individual contributor on technically challenging problems, with a potential path toward a hybrid trader and developer role. Candidates should have 2–4 years of engineering experience and a strong record in education or work. Experience at a tier-one crypto market maker, crypto prop firm, or systematic trading firm is sought, though strong engineers from top technology firms are welcome; programming experience in a language other than Python and a non-compete of six months or less are required.
