Algo Trader - Crypto - Market Maker

About the role

Develop and operate market-making and arbitrage strategies across tokenised metals and traditional commodity markets, managing liquidity, inventory, hedges, risk, execution, and strategy P&L. Build and maintain the supporting trading infrastructure, lead trading development of an on-chain RFQ solver, and manage external market-making relationships while identifying new opportunities. Candidates need demonstrable experience running live algorithmic market-making or arbitrage strategies with direct P&L responsibility, strong Python skills, and a record of independently building and operating trading systems. They should understand order book dynamics, execution, and inventory management, and bring strong quantitative skills and the ability to work autonomously; crypto market-making, metals, electronic FX or commodities, Rust, and on-chain markets are advantageous.
