Short Term Interest Rate Trader - STIRT - Executive Director

About the role

Make markets in short-term interest rate products and strategically manage risk across client flows, orders, positions, and markets. Build client relationships, collaborate with New York and global sales teams to grow the business, and mentor junior staff. Requires directly relevant trading experience, the ability to assess position and market-event risk, and the maturity to perform in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Candidates should be detail-oriented, adaptable, eager to learn, and effective team members; multi-year STIRT trading experience is preferred.
