Digital Assets Options Trader

About the role

Develop and optimize digital asset options strategies across OTC and listed markets, manage OTC flow and day-to-day desk activities, and improve trading processes, pricing, monitoring, and risk management. Collaborate with traders, quants, and engineers to enhance execution and infrastructure, while generating and validating trading ideas using data and real-time feedback. Candidates should have options trading experience at a proprietary trading firm, market maker, options desk, or crypto-native trading desk; digital asset options experience is preferred. They should understand options theory, pricing, volatility, execution, liquidity, and risk management, have experience handling OTC RFQs and counterparties, and bring strong quantitative and programming skills, including Python and SQL.
