Trader (Options Market-Making)

About the role

Trade options primarily through electronic execution, manage positions and portfolio risk in real time, and monitor trading systems and controls. Collaborate with technology and global trading teams to resolve issues, hand over market and risk information between shifts, and improve trading, execution, and strategies. Requires at least two years of options market-making experience, including at least one year managing market-making portfolios, along with strong options, portfolio, and risk management knowledge. Candidates should have good Python skills, sound technical and operational aptitude, independent decision-making ability, and clear communication skills; experience with index, volatility, or metals options is advantageous.
