About the role
Run and manage an independent trading book using the firm's capital, with discretion over strategy, position sizing, and risk. Take directional and relative-value positions, adjust exposure and hedges in real time, and develop and scale trading strategies. Requires at least four years of profitable, attributable dollar P&L from managing one's own risk, rather than executing trades for others. Candidates should have depth in one or more specified trading products, comfort with data and execution tools, and a record of performing in a high-pressure, results-driven environment.
