Associate Head of Trader Education

About the role

Co-lead the trader education function by designing and teaching training curricula, mentoring junior traders and interns, and incorporating current desk scenarios into instruction. Manage program operations and trainee progress, partner with desk heads to address skill gaps, and develop trader and internship pipelines. Requires at least five years of trading experience at a proprietary trading firm, market maker, or similar quantitative trading environment, with strong options pricing, hedging, and risk management knowledge. Candidates should have curriculum design or teaching experience, program or project management skills, basic Python experience, and strong communication skills.
