About the role
Price and manage risk for the FX options business in Mainland China, provide client dealing and market-making services, and execute trades in accordance with desk limits and applicable regulations. Develop trading tools and business initiatives, support revenue growth, maintain accurate trade booking and reconciliations, and strengthen operational controls. Candidates should have prior G10 and/or emerging-markets trading knowledge, including pricing and risk management, and a degree in a numerical or quantitative subject. Strong communication, collaboration, influencing, and operational-improvement skills are required; experience working with global teams is expected, while Python skills and fluency in English plus another language are advantageous.
