About the role
Manage an independent trading book and identify opportunities in volatility trading and market making across U.S. equity options, crypto options, and Delta One. Develop, refine, and implement trading strategies using market data and quantitative analysis, while collaborating with other traders. Candidates need at least five years of trading experience in equity options, crypto options, market making, or proprietary trading, along with a demonstrable record of profitable trading. They should have strong quantitative and analytical abilities, a solid understanding of options, volatility, or market-making strategies, and an entrepreneurial, collaborative approach; candidates must currently be based in Europe, including the UK.
