About the role
Lead end-to-end capital allocation across the fund’s DeFi and on-chain yield strategies, including sourcing, underwriting, monitoring, and risk-managing positions. Build the systems and processes needed to scale the fund and its portfolio. Requires at least three years of experience managing active DeFi portfolios and non-directional on-chain yield strategies, with a demonstrated record of competitive returns and differentiated alpha. Candidates should have practical knowledge of AMMs, lending markets, perpetuals, derivatives, and stablecoins, as well as a strong understanding of smart-contract, depegging, and liquidation risks.
