About the role
You will design, implement, and deploy automated trading strategies while conducting in-depth research on crypto market data and order flows. Additionally, you will own the strategy lifecycle, monitor risk and P&L performance, and collaborate with engineering teams to optimize execution systems. Candidates must have a proven track record of developing profitable crypto trading strategies and building them from scratch with measurable P&L outcomes. Strong programming proficiency in C++ or Rust and a STEM degree from a top university are required.
