About the role
The trader will design and optimize market-making strategies on crypto exchanges while managing pricing and liquidity for OTC customers. They are also responsible for managing team and individual P&L and collaborating on the development of quantitative trading models. Candidates must hold a university degree in a numerical field and possess at least 3 years of experience in OTC or systematic trading. Proficiency in Python and data analysis is required, along with practical experience in C++ or Java.
