About the role
Manage an independent trading book and identify opportunities in volatility trading and market making across U.S. equity options, crypto options, and Delta One. Develop and implement trading strategies using market data and quantitative analysis, collaborating with other traders and the wider team. Candidates need at least five years of trading experience in equity options, crypto options, market making, or proprietary trading, along with a demonstrable record of profitable trading. They should have strong quantitative and analytical abilities, a solid understanding of options, volatility, or market-making strategies, and an entrepreneurial, collaborative approach; Python and database experience are advantageous.
