About the role
Trade and manage proprietary positions across North American OTC power markets, developing strategies in power, basis, congestion, and related energy products. Analyze market fundamentals, manage portfolio risk, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with quantitative, development, and research teams to improve trading performance. Candidates need at least two years of experience trading OTC power markets or related energy products, with demonstrated profitability and risk management experience. They should have strong knowledge of at least one North American ISO/RTO market, strong analytical and quantitative skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced trading environment.
