Business Development Manager - Market Maker & Order Flow Partnerships

About the role

Build and manage the participant pipeline, pitch and close institutional clients, structure commercial terms, and coordinate agreements and onboarding. Manage ongoing client relationships and program growth, represent the company at industry events, and share market intelligence with product and trading leadership. Requires 4–8 years of institutional sales, business development, or client coverage experience in trading or financial markets, plus an established network among relevant investors or trading firms. Candidates should understand derivatives, market microstructure, and market-making economics, be comfortable structuring quantitative commercial deals, and hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field; crypto familiarity is a strong plus.
