About the role
Execute and manage trades across centralized and decentralized venues while monitoring positions and P&L in real time. Develop and improve desk tooling, including position trackers, reporting dashboards, and hedging workflows. Candidates should have 0-3 years of experience with a strong quantitative foundation and proficiency in Python or similar analytical tools. A demonstrated interest in crypto and DeFi is required, along with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
