About the role
Execute global equities and other transactions, developing execution strategies with the CIO and investment professionals while managing execution quality, liquidity, market impact, and risk. Provide market and execution insights, manage broker relationships, review trading performance, and help improve the firm's trading analytics, processes, tools, and technology. Candidates should have substantial equities trading experience, ideally across global markets, and a strong understanding of market structure, liquidity, execution algorithms, and transaction costs. They should demonstrate sound judgment, quantitative and analytical ability, strong broker relationships, and a record of high-quality execution; experience in asset management, hedge funds, proprietary trading, or investment banking is relevant.
