About the role
Manage rates and rolls across front and back expiries while absorbing risks from the option operation. Improve existing trading and hedging setups while identifying P&L opportunities and collaborating with developers on platform enhancements. Requires 2–5 years of experience trading index rolls with a strong understanding of options markets and term-structure exposure. Candidates must possess a commercial trading mindset, risk ownership appetite, and proficiency in Python and SQL.
