Experienced Index Options Trader

About the role

Manage all trading risk and profit and loss for index options market-making activities. Use market experience and quantitative judgment to make real-time trading decisions and collaborate with the index options team. Requires at least three years of index options trading on a major American or European index, with at least three years of profit and loss and risk responsibility. Candidates must also have at least three years operating electronic market-making software, strong derivatives risk skills and mathematical aptitude, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem solving and strategy improvement.
