About the role
Develop, implement, and optimize profitable trading strategies across centralized and decentralized digital asset markets, while monitoring trading activity and managing risk around the clock. Identify market inefficiencies and collaborate with traders, quants, and engineers to improve execution, infrastructure, and overall strategy performance. Candidates should have experience at a leading proprietary trading firm or a significant, proven record of profitability, with ownership of strategies running in production. They need experience in low-latency centralized or on-chain decentralized trading, strong knowledge of crypto market dynamics, and quantitative, programming, and data-handling skills.
