About the role

Oversee execution of derivative, equity, and fixed income trades for ETF and mutual fund strategies, and lead the best execution program, including policies, monitoring, and governance reporting. Develop and improve proprietary trading technology, maintain counterparty relationships, and collaborate with portfolio management, operations, and compliance to meet regulatory requirements. Requires at least five years of trading experience in a registered investment company or institutional asset management environment, plus a bachelor's degree in a related field. Candidates should have deep knowledge of equity, fixed income, and derivative markets, experience developing best execution policies, understanding of 40 Act requirements, and proficiency in C#, SQL Server, and Bloomberg; U.S. work authorization without current or future sponsorship is required.
