About the role
Lead equity options market-making and take ownership of trading strategy, risk, and performance while executing trades and providing liquidity across markets. Analyze market data and positions, develop strategies and analytical tools, and collaborate with traders, quants, and technologists to improve models and trading systems. Requires 3–7+ years of experience trading single-stock, index, or ETF options, preferably in market-making, with a strong record of PnL generation, risk management, and strategy execution. Candidates should understand options pricing, volatility, and market microstructure; be proficient in Python, R, SQL, or similar tools; and hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
