About the role
Operate and optimize market-making strategies across centralized and decentralized spot and derivatives venues, managing inventory, hedging, exposure, and real-time strategy health. Analyze execution and profitability, coordinate with exchanges, token projects, quants, and engineers, and report performance and risk to management. Requires at least three years of market-making or electronic-trading experience and a strong understanding of order books, market microstructure, and inventory risk. Candidates should have experience operating live strategies through exchange APIs, proficiency in Python and SQL for analysis, and knowledge of crypto markets, derivatives, and margining.
