About the role
Price and execute OTC trades, including large-block transactions, while acting as a market maker and managing inventory, exposure, and slippage. Maintain relationships with brokers and liquidity providers, comply with trading mandates and regulatory requirements, and coordinate trade documentation with legal and compliance teams. Requires at least three years of OTC trading experience, preferably in crypto, FX, fixed income, or commodities, along with strong knowledge of OTC market structure, liquidity, and settlement. Candidates should be able to price and execute large trades with minimal market impact and be familiar with trading platforms, regulatory frameworks, and trade documentation; quantitative skills in Excel, Python, or SQL are a plus.
