About the role
Manage and optimise a proprietary book focused on Indian index and stock options, monitoring risk exposures and making trading decisions in real time. Develop and test trading ideas using quantitative research, historical performance analysis, experiments, and backtesting to improve strategies and execution. The role seeks at least two years of Indian options trading experience, knowledge of pricing, execution, and risk in index futures and cash equity markets, and familiarity with algorithmic trading systems. A STEM bachelor's degree or higher, Python and/or C++ proficiency, quantitative and statistical modelling skills, and the ability to conduct independent research and collaborate effectively are also sought.
